We can provide immigration services to both businesses and individuals in the United States. We also assist clients living in the U.S. and clients who want to come to the U.S.
Our services include preparation and filing of all necessary documents in such matters as employment based immigration, nonimmigrant employment petitions, family based immigration, nonimmigrant business, pleasure, student and fiancé visa petitions and visa processing at U.S. consulates abroad.
For individuals, we provide assistance in obtaining temporary work visas for professionals, persons with extraordinary abilities, entertainers, athletes, temporary business, pleasure, student and fiancé visas, visa extensions, work authorizations and permanent resident ("green card") status for foreign nationals. We also help individuals to become naturalized United States citizens and with deportation defense.
For businesses, we can provide assistance in their hiring transferring of personnel to the U.S. including professionals, persons with extraordinary abilities, entertainers, athletes, and investors.
